AIA Albuquerque Mexican Architecture

Tour price based on 24 participants:

Member of AIA – $1600 per person, based on double occupancy
Non-Member of AIA – $1850 per person, based on double occupancy
Single Occupancy Supplement is an additional $460 per person

Tour package includes:

  • Breakfast every day while on the trip (6), 4 lunches and two receptions (farewell and welcome). This includes tax and gratuity and wine with dinner.
  • Evening welcome reception on 10/28/07 at the Hotel Camino Real.
  • 6 nights accommodations at the Hotel Camino Real.
  • Admission to sites and museums mentioned in itinerary.
  • Luxurious coach for all transfers except to and from the airport and when there is "dinner on your own."
  • Professional Royal Road Tours logistics person.
  • Guest speakers and guides.

Tour package does not include:

Air travel arrangements are not included in the tour cost. Tour participants must make their own travel arrangements to ensure their arrival in Mexico City by Sunday evening, October 28. The tour begins on Monday morning, October 29, 2007.

  • Flight to and from Mexico City
  • Personal expenses
  • Alcohol, except where noted

Terms, Payment and Cancellation

  • Registrations are handled by Royal Road Tours at 1-800-344-2998
  • A deposit of $700 per person is due at time of reservation.
  • The remaining balance is due no later than September 21, 2007
  • Incidentals or additional services, if any, shall be billed after the tour and are the responsibility of the individual travelers.
  • The tour will be cancelled with less than 15 travelers registered, with all deposits returned in full to registrants except a $75 registration fee. The decision to cancel the tour will be made on August 21, 2007.

Tour Cancellation Policy

  • Refunds, less a $75 per person fee, will be made if a participant cancels for any reason, 60 days prior to commencement of the tour.  
  • If a participant cancels for any reason, 31 to 59 days prior to departure, Royal Road Tours is entitled to keep the $700 deposit. 
  • If a participant cancels for any reason within 30 days of the commencement of the tour, Royal Road Tours shall be entitled to retain 100% of the total tour cost. For this reason, we urge participants to purchase trip cancellation insurance, offered through Royal Road Tours.
