Tour package includes:

  • All meals included while on the trip except on arrival day and departure day. On arrival day, dinner is the only meal included and on departure day, breakfast is the only meal included. This includes tax and gratuity and wine with dinner.
  • Overnight accommodations at the Econo Lodge in Socorro, Super 8 Hotel in T or C, and Black Range Lodge in Kingston.
  • Admission to sites mentioned in itinerary
  • Luxurious minibus for all transfers
  • Professional study leader – Bill West
  • Royal Road tours logistics person
  • Study leader and driver gratuities

Tour Package does not include:

  • Flight to and from Albuquerque
  • Personal expenses
  • Alcohol, except where noted
  • Binoculars (participants must bring their own)

Cancellation Policy

  • If the group tour is canceled by client for any reason, including low registration, 60 to 90 days prior to the commencement of the tour, there is a 25% cancellation penalty for the full cost of the trip.
  • If the group tour is canceled by client for any reason, including low registration, 30 to 60 days prior to departure, RRT is entitled to keep 50% of the tour cost.
  • Cancellations less then 30 days prior to departure, RRT will keep 100% of the tour cost. For this reason, we urge participants to purchase trip cancellation insurance, offered through RRT.
