Tour package includes:

  • All overnight lodging while on the trip.
  • Meals as noted on the itinerary including mineral water, sodas, coffee or tea (maximum of two non-alcoholic drinks per person) and one glass of wine per person at the welcome and farewell dinner. Tax and gratuity included in prices of the meals.
  • Admission to sites and museums mentioned in itinerary
  • Luxurious coach for all transfers except walking tour and to and from the airport
  • Study leader and bus driver gratuities
  • Study leader and Royal Road Tours logistics person

Tour package does not include:

  • Personal expenses
  • Drinks other than noted above
  • Flight to and from Albuquerque
  • Transportation from the airport to the Hotel in Phoenix and to the airport in Albuquerque.

Cancellation Policy

  • If the group tour is canceled by client for any reason, including low registration, 60 to 90 days prior to the commencement of the tour, there is a 25% cancellation penalty for the full cost of the trip.
  • If the group tour is canceled by client for any reason, including low registration, 30 to 60 days prior to departure, RRT is entitled to keep 50% of the tour cost.
  • Cancellations less then 30 days prior to departure, RRT will keep 100% of the tour cost. For this reason, we urge participants to purchase trip cancellation insurance, offered through RRT.
